Gate 1 Dual-Selfie (`CPU Despatch Officer ↔ Delivery Driver`): Side-by-side Dual-Party Selfie + 2 distinct 4-digit PINs at the loading bay (`chk_dsp_gate1_two_party`).
Gate 2 Doorstep Dual-Selfie (`Delivery Driver ↔ Outlet Receiver`): GPS-geofenced store doorstep temp check (`+2°C..+5°C`), crate count, reverse empty crate scan, and Dual-Selfie + 2 PINs (`chk_dsp_gate2_two_party`).
Closed-Loop Auto-Claim: Any doorstep damage/shortfall auto-creates a `P1` ticket in `SCM_CPU_GROUP` (`/helpdesk` · `J32`).
